The Roads and Traffic Authority of NSW (RTA) is planning to upgrade five sections of the existing single carriageway on the Hume Highway to four lane dual carriageways (two lanes in each direction) in the area from the Sturt Highway junction south to Albury (Hume Highway duplication). This document is for all of the five sections.
