This spatial dataset identifies the maximum density of dwellings on certain land. Development for the purposes of residential accommodation on land is subject to an "Additional Local Provision" which can be found in Part 6 or Part 7 of the Local Environment Plan (LEP). The maximum density may be established as either a maximum number of dwellings in total for an area or a maximum ratio of dwellings to land size
