Data contains:

1) Allocation trades (Water Allocation Assignment 71T and Cross-State Assignment 71V). 2) Entitlement trades (Assignment of Rights 71Q and Transfer of Shares 71M).

This Dashboard (see the External Links section in SEED) contains water trade data, for every water source and licence category. For allocation trades, data on purpose of trade is also available.
