The Rental Bond Board is the independent custodian of rental bonds paid by tenants to landlords for residential tenancies.

Landlords must lodge tenants' bond money with the Board.

This data-set lists the rental bonds held by the Board as at 30 September 2016 and cover the period from 17 June 2013 to 30 September 2016.

The data was released in response to GIPA application number FA#13 2016-17.
