2. How many infringement notices are outstanding to be paid?

3. Of these outstanding infringement notices: a. Which postcode has the highest number of infringement notices outstanding? (being the postcode the penalty was issued) b. Which postcode has the highest number of infringement notices outstanding? (being the postcode where the recipient of the penalty notice lives) c. Of these outstanding infringement notices (3a and 3b), how many were issued for individuals and companies?
