Survey Mark Sketches applicationThe application is identical to Survey Mark Sketches in the Six portal. It allows users to download Locality Sketch Plan (LSP) for survey marks where one has been provided. It allows users to download Locality Sketch Plan (LSP) for survey marks where one has been provided.The Surveying and Spatial Information Regulation 2017 Clauses 39 and 43 require a surveyor to report the position of Permanent Survey Marks. A surveyor usually complies with this requirement by lodging an LSP which contains;On-site measurements, adequate to locate the permanent survey markInformation, measured or calculated, essential for the plotting of a permanent mark position onto the Digital Cadastral Data Base (DCDB)MGA94 or MGA2020 co-ordinates of the permanent survey mark to enable the permanent survey mark to be spatially located in the Survey Control Information Management System (SCIMS). Surveyors can lodge Locality Sketch Plans via our Customer Hub.For further details on the preparation and lodgement of Locality Sketch Plans, please refer to Surveyor-General’s Direction No. 2 – Preparation of Locality Sketch Plans (PDF 651.6 KB). Web map is built on using the Survey Mark GDA2020 Data Service.
