Standard coverage imagery is captured and processed at a 50cm Ground Sample Distance (GSD) and is available as either 5km x 5km image modules or mosaiced to the extent of a 1:100,000 Mapsheet.<br /><br /></p><p style='margin-bottom:1.1pt;'>Spatial Services town imagery program covers regional townships across the state of New South Wales. Town imagery is captured and processed at Ground Sampling Distance (GSD) of 10cm and is available as 1.25km x 1.25km image modules or mosaicked to the extent of the imagery capture.<br /><br />This product has been produced to identify visible land cover features and terrain to support Spatial Services along with local and state government programs, including Emergency Services. This will allow users to see the date of capture </p><p><b>Stereo Viewable ADS imagery (2006 to present) - </b>Airborne Digital Sensor Stereo Strips.<br />This product must be requested direct from Spatial Services and requires specialist software to utilise.<br /><br /><b>Emergency imagery - </b>This is rapid response imagery over natural disasters such as Floods, Fire, Hail Damage etc. As it is impacted by the flying conditions at the time of capture, and they go through an express processing method it is not the same product as the Standard and Town capture programs.</p><p style='margin-bottom:1.1pt;'>As there is a range of different intellectual property that applies to each capture this imagery is on request basis.<br /><br />Second party aerial and satellite imagery - This covers a range of miscellaneous capture projects from “Sydney Conurbation” to full state satellite imagery captures.<br /><br />As there is a range of different intellectual property that applies to each capture this imagery is on request basis.<br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photography (1930 to 2005)</b><br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photo Images (HAP) - </b>Spatial Services has a huge repository of digitised Historical Aerial Photography. The collection has been acquired over several years from 1930 through to 2005. The imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the Wild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal lengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm.  Images were captured in monochrome or colour during this period at a range of scales ranging from 1:10000 to 1:80000. <br /><br />Images have been digitised from either the aerial film negatives or hard copy prints up to 2000dpi resolution depending on the scanned medium.<br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photo Enhancement Product (HAPE) - </b>This is a Orthorectified product created from the Historical Aerial Photo Collection. A complete 100k coverage of individual photo frames was required for each project area for standard program capture. The Orthorectification of individual photo frames with 60% forward overlap, that lie within and intersecting the relevant 100k map sheet. <br /><br />Spatial Services create the HAPE mosaics with a new process utilising Augmented Reality Modelling Software.<br /><br />This is an automated process using an Augmented Reality Modelling Software to produce 3D models of an area from simple photographs.</p><p>The Hybrid processing in this software enables the creation of reality meshes using Spatial Services archive of historical Air Photos, the image overlap and the photo centre points derived from the original Key Diagrams and flight reports.</p><p>From the Historical Aerial Photos and the “essential information” from the Key Diagrams we can create a 3D mosaic of the photo frames that we can flatten to a 2D ortho-photo mosaic.<br /><br />All images are loaded into the reality modelling engines where they go through a triangulation process with context capture using the X and Y coordinates of the photo centre and the Z coordinate created from the Flying height and other essential information.<br /><br />Once this has been done the system identifies thousands of tie points and creates the 3D photo Mesh. This product is used on a whole of government basis as a visible record of the landscape at a given point in time, allowing for comparative analysis to be carried out over different epochs.<br /><br />This product can be viewed on a number of Spatial Services web based viewing platforms:</p><p><a href='https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/public/NSW_Imagery/MapServer' rel='nofollow ugc' target='_blank'>SixMaps</a><br /></p><p>Spatial Services Web Map Services:<br /><br /><a href='https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/public/NSW_Imagery/MapServer' rel='nofollow ugc'>NSW Imagery</a>  This should be used in conjunction with the below <a href='https://maps.six.nsw.gov.au/arcgis/rest/services/public/NSW_Imagery_Dates/MapServer' rel='nofollow ugc'>NSW Imagery Date Service</a>. This will allow users to see the date of capture </p><p><b>Stereo Viewable ADS imagery (2006 to present) - </b>Airborne Digital Sensor Stereo Strips.<br />This product must be requested direct from Spatial Services and requires specialist software to utilise.<br /><br /><b>Emergency imagery - </b>This is rapid response imagery over natural disasters such as Floods, Fire, Hail Damage etc. As it is impacted by the flying conditions at the time of capture, and they go through an express processing method it is not the same product as the Standard and Town capture programs.</p><p style='margin-bottom:1.1pt;'>As there is a range of different intellectual property that applies to each capture this imagery is on request basis.<br /><br />Second party aerial and satellite imagery - This covers a range of miscellaneous capture projects from “Sydney Conurbation” to full state satellite imagery captures.<br /><br />As there is a range of different intellectual property that applies to each capture this imagery is on request basis.<br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photography (1930 to 2005)</b><br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photo Images (HAP) - </b>Spatial Services has a huge repository of digitised Historical Aerial Photography. The collection has been acquired over several years from 1930 through to 2005. The imagery was originally captured using a variety of cameras including the Wild RC-5, RC-10 and Leica RC-30 cameras with a variety of lenses with focal lengths of 88mm, 153mm and 304mm.  Images were captured in monochrome or colour during this period at a range of scales ranging from 1:10000 to 1:80000. <br /><br />Images have been digitised from either the aerial film negatives or hard copy prints up to 2000dpi resolution depending on the scanned medium.<br /><br /><b>Historical Aerial Photo Enhancement Product (HAPE) - </b>This is a Orthorectified product created from the Historical Aerial Photo Collection. A complete 100k coverage of individual photo frames was required for each project area for standard program capture. The Orthorectification of individual photo frames with 60% forward overlap, that lie within and intersecting the relevant 100k map sheet. <br /><br />Spatial Services create the HAPE mosaics with a new process utilising Augmented Reality Modelling Software.<br /><br />This is an automated process using an Augmented Reality Modelling Software to produce 3D models of an area from simple photographs.</p><p>The Hybrid processing in this software enables the creation of reality meshes using Spatial Services archive of historical Air Photos, the image overlap and the photo centre points derived from the original Key Diagrams and flight reports.</p><p>From the Historical Aerial Photos and the “essential information” from the Key Diagrams we can create a 3D mosaic of the photo frames that we can flatten to a 2D ortho-photo mosaic.<br /><br />All images are loaded into the reality modelling engines where they go through a triangulation process with context capture using the X and Y coordinates of the photo centre and the Z coordinate created from the Flying height and other essential information.<br /><br />Once this has been done the system identifies thousands of tie points and creates the 3D photo Mesh.
