Updated description of NSW Government use of the office space from
"1. A detailed breakdown, by Department, of the NSW Government office space currently being unused/vacant and unused/vacant in the a) 2012-13 financial year; b) 2013-14 financial year; c) 2014-15 financial year. 2. The top ten most expensive leases that the government holds (by rental value), including: a) the name of the agency (tenant); b) the address; c) the total rental amount each year; d) the number of square metres; e) the purpose for which the property is used; f) the length of the lease (including the exercise of any options); g) recent rental increases; h) expected rental increases; i) the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) workers on these premises. 3. The current number of FTEs working in properties managed by the NSW Government 4. The FTE utilisation reduction rates achieved in the last four financial years, and what this represents in metres square as a percentage of leased portfolios. "
