South Creek, tributaries thereof and associated floodplains are a

Government Area has been broken into three main catchments; these

being the Nepean River (excluding Narellan Creek), Narellan Creek and

South Creek. A labelled catchment map is available to show the three

catchment areas and to demonstrate which suburbs are located within

each.\r\n\r\nPrior to the adoption of the South Creek Flood Study in

2011 and the newly adopted Nepean River Flood Study in 2015, flood

information within the Camden LGA was taken from flood studies created

in the early to mid 1990's. Currently, some flood information for the

Narellan Creek catchment is still based off various flood studies from

the early 2000's. Hence, it is important that this information is

suitably updated to ensure information is up to date with current best
