The dataset spatially represents the boundaries of agreements made under the Biodiversity Conservation Act 2016 and preceding legislation. Individual Deeds of Agreement should be consulted for specific information about the extent of the subject land and legal obligations of the land owner.\r\n\r\nAgreements entered into under the BC Act are registered on the land title, binding current and successive landowners.
