Most of this data is not stored in secure and available locations that may be used for long term data sets. This site is designed as an umbrella for this historic data to be stored and available into the future. One of the major projects that collected relevant data since that time is the Integrated Monitoring of Environmental Flows (IMEF) program consists of ecological monitoring projects across the regulated rivers of NSW.
