Website Availability

  • Users may be unable to access data.nsw.gov.au for some or all of the maintenance period.

Data Access & APIs

  • API endpoints and data services may be temporarily unavailable or return errors during the maintenance window.
  • Existing API tokens will remain valid and should continue to work after maintenance is complete.
  • Datasets uploaded during the maintenance window may not be retained – please avoid uploading datasets during this time.

User Access

  • Login functionality and user activities (e.g. publishing, editing datasets) may be unavailable during this time.

What You Need to Do

  • Plan your work to avoid the maintenance window where possible.
  • Pause or reschedule any automated jobs, API calls, or data publishing tasks during this period.
  • Notify your team or stakeholders who rely on the platform.
